Flash in SharePoint 2010 not showing

Well, you did your nice WebPart for rendering a .swf and still your flash movie doesn't render?

Don't worry, the solution is simple and at hand.

By default, SharePoint 2010 does not permit displaying .swf's.

For you to allow it, just follow this indications:

• Go to the Central Admin
• Web Application management
• Select the web application in question by highlighting it
• General settings on the ribbon
• Scroll down and select the permissive radio button

Don't forget to clear your browser's cache ;)
